Hunt of a Lifetime exists to give children facing life-threatening or serious medical conditions the opportunity to experience the joy, excitement, and freedom of a dream hunting or fishing adventure.

Our mission is made possible through the dedication of volunteers, state ambassadors, guides, sponsors, and donors who give their time, skills, and passion to support these life-changing experiences. Together, we help families step away from hospitals, treatments, and daily challenges to create lasting memories in the outdoors.

This form is the first step in becoming involved as a Volunteer or State Ambassador with Hunt of a Lifetime. While submission does not guarantee placement, each application is carefully reviewed by our team to ensure the best fit for our programs and the families we serve.
