Dream Hunt Registration

Hunt of a Lifetime exists to give children facing life-threatening or serious medical conditions the opportunity to experience the joy, excitement, and freedom of a dream hunting or fishing adventure.

Through the generosity of volunteers, guides, sponsors, and donors, we provide fully supported outdoor experiences that allow youth and their families to step away from hospitals, treatments, and daily challenges and create lasting memories together in the outdoors.

This registration form is the first step in being considered for a Hunt of a Lifetime experience. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but every application is reviewed with care and compassion by our team.

We encourage parents or legal guardians to complete this form on behalf of the youth. All information provided is kept confidential and is used solely to determine eligibility and to help us match each child with the most appropriate and meaningful experience possible.
